These terms apply to all orders placed on weldrda.com, operated by Weld Rda, Marrakech, Morocco. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Orders

An order is final only after we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel orders we cannot confirm, orders with an incomplete address, and duplicate orders.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Payment is cash on delivery. The delivery fee is explained in our Shipping Policy.

Product photos

We show colors and details as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.

Exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns follow our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Refused parcels

You can check your parcel before paying and refuse it if it does not match your order. Customers who refuse parcels several times without a reason may be asked to pay the delivery fee in advance for future orders.
