At WeldRda you pay on delivery, and you can check your order before you pay.

Check before you pay

When the delivery agent arrives, you can open your parcel and check your pieces before paying. If something is not right (wrong item, wrong size sent, or a defect), you can refuse the parcel and you pay nothing.

Exchanges (size or color)

You can ask for an exchange within 1 day (24 hours) after receiving your order.
The piece must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with its tags.
Exchange delivery costs 20 dh. You pay it to the delivery agent when you receive your new piece.

Changed your mind?

If the piece is fine but you changed your mind, we offer an exchange for another piece (exchange delivery: 20 dh). If the new piece costs more, you pay the difference. We don't give money back in this case.

Wrong or damaged item

If we sent the wrong item or it has a defect, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We replace it for free. If we can't replace it, we exchange it for another piece of the same price.
